First Year Law Associate Salary Big Law Contract

This contract (“Contract”) is entered into on this ______ day of _______, 20__, by and between [Law Firm Name], a law firm duly organized and existing under the laws of [State], with its principal place of business located at [Address], hereinafter referred to as “Employer”, and [First Year Law Associate Name], an individual residing at [Address], hereinafter referred to as “Associate”.
