Dual Enrollment Agreement

This Dual Enrollment Articulation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Lake-Sumter State College (“LSSC”) and the undersigned high school, hereinafter referred to as “Participating School”. This Agreement is designed to facilitate the enrollment of high school students in college-level courses offered by LSSC for academic credit that may be used to satisfy high school graduation requirements and also earn college credit. This Agreement is made in accordance with the laws and regulations governing dual enrollment programs in the state of Florida.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below: LSSC agrees to provide college-level courses to eligible high school students in accordance with Florida statutes and administrative rules governing dual enrollment programs.
